Founded in 2019, Primus Partners has grown from a homegrown challenger into a multi-sector consulting firm with 400+ professionals, 240+ ongoing projects, and a presence across 18 Indian states and 14+ countries. The firm has expanded its capabilities across advisory, technology-led solutions and capital, with a growing presence across India and international markets.
From public policy and governance to digital transformation, infrastructure, climate and sustainability, healthcare, education, financial services and emerging technology, the firm has focused on combining strategic thinking with on-ground implementation to create measurable outcomes. Its current advisory model spans Economic Potential Realisation, Climate Goal Realisation, Data and Digital Strategy Realisation, Public Policy Realisation and Transaction Realisation.

The firm has established and is operating a technology-focused Global Capability Centre in Gurugram for Linde-Wiemann, a Germany-headquartered Tier-1 automotive supplier. The centre supports Linde-Wiemann’s global operations across ERP, technology, business intelligence, finance, sales and supply chain functions, and is expected to expand over time into engineering, design, digital and other specialised capabilities, creating a scalable centre of excellence to support the company’s global growth.
