Nupoor Mohan’s affordable online therapy platform offers care in five languages across India, the UK and the USA, and says asking for help should only be the beginning

Mumbai, 9 October 2026: Ahead of World Mental Health Day on Saturday, 10 October, The Full Circle, the online mental health platform founded by entrepreneur Nupoor Mohan, has delivered over 2,000 therapy sessions and has worked with more than 15 organisations. The platform supports clients in over 30 cities across India, as well as the UK and USA, with therapy available in five languages: English, Hindi, Marathi, Telugu and Gujarati.

The milestone comes as the world marks this year’s World Mental Health Day theme, “Lived Experiences Heard: Real Voices, Real Change”, set by the World Federation for Mental Health. As per the World Health Organization, more than a billion people worldwide are living with mental health conditions. In India, as per the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, the national Tele MANAS helpline had handled about 34 lakh calls by March 2026, a sign of how many people are reaching out for support.

For The Full Circle, the real measure of progress is what happens after someone reaches out. The platform reports a client retention rate of 70%.

Nupoor Mohan, Founder and CEO of The Full Circle, said, “When I started as an entrepreneur, success was simple to measure. How many people are we reaching, and how are the numbers looking? With The Full Circle, I measure it differently. Getting someone to ask for help is important, but our work can’t end there. I want to know that asking for help led to meaningful support, and not another journey they had to navigate alone. This year’s theme is about lived experiences being heard. For us, being heard means finding the right professional, at a price you can afford, in a language you’re comfortable in.”

Care built around the person

With therapy starting at Rs 999 per session, The Full Circle matches every client with a psychologist or psychiatrist suited to their needs, and lets them switch therapists if the fit isn’t right. Its team of 13 mental health professionals includes counselling and clinical psychologists, consultant psychiatrists and trauma specialists, trained in approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and mindfulness based therapy. The platform supports individuals, couples, children and teens, and working professionals through its Professional Growth Therapy programme, alongside psychiatric consultations for more complex needs.

Taking mental health to where people work and learn

Beyond individual therapy, The Full Circle has worked with more than 15 organisations, including corporates, universities, schools and residential communities. Its organisational work spans employee assistance programmes, campus wellness programmes for students and teachers, and POSH and POCSO compliance training led by psychologists. In recent months, Nupoor and the team have also engaged directly with young people.

“Mental health can no longer be only a wellness initiative,” Nupoor added. “It shows up in how people work, learn and live, often long before anyone notices. The goal is to create environments where people feel comfortable using support, and can reach it before things become unmanageable. That’s what we’re building with every school, campus and company we partner with.”

The Full Circle also hosts Going First, a conversation series on mental health. Its third episode featured Dr. Rajesh M. Parikh, Director of Medical Research and Neuropsychiatrist at Jaslok Hospital and Research Centre, on anxiety, panic and healing.
