Artificial Intelligence Will Drive Organisational Benefits-JobBuzz

A majority of HR professionals gathered at the third edition of JobBuzz Compensation & Benefits Conclave 2019 acknowledged that Artificial Intelligence (AI) is the next big thing in leveraging the true potential of organisational benefits for employees.

‘’With AI already guiding the role and scope of most job functions, this conclusion by the HR experts is an indication that new-age technologies are now influencing corporate decision making as well,’’ said the release by JobBuzz.

JobBuzz annually organises JobBuzz Compensation & Benefits Conclave bringing together HR heads, Compensation & Benefits leaders from India to brainstorm on trends, challenges and solutions in the recruitment segment.

The daylong event which was held in the city of Mumbai was inaugurated by veteran advertisement professional, Prahlad Kakar whose keynote on ‘Money doesn’t buy loyalty’ set the tone for the Conclave.

The event witnessed the presence of HR leaders from India’s top companies such as Adani Electricity, RBL Bank, Equifax, ISS Facility Services, Schneider Electric, Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd, Verizon India, DHL, Siemens, Marsh India, Infogain, Crompton, EXL, Cipla, ICICI Bank, Allsec Technologies, KPMG, Kurl-On, General Motors, Cybage Software and  Tradebulls Securities Pvt. Ltd .

The event also observed a master class by OC Tanner on ‘Engaging a multi-generational workforce through Recognition and Rewards’ while  HDFC bank presented a study on ‘Digital excellence in banking’ and ALD Automotive shared its thoughts on ‘ALD automotive novated lease’.
