Delhivery expands software-enabled VAS offering for small businesses with the launch of Delhivery One

Delhivery Ltd., India’s largest fully integrated logistics services provider, has announced the launch of Delhivery One — a digital shipping platform experience designed to meet the diverse needs of micro and small enterprises, in addition to large D2C e-commerce brands across the country.

Delhivery One integrates and unifies multiple shipping services that businesses need, such as post-purchase communication, analytics, international shipping, one-click integration with sales channels, NDR management, and more. It allows smaller businesses to ship without a minimum order value and with a minimum wallet recharge of INR 500. It also offers discounted shipping rates on heavier parcels above 5 kg. Delhivery One enables small businesses to seamlessly ship to more than 220 countries, leveraging Delhivery’s partnership with FedEx.

Speaking on the launch of Delhivery One, Mohammed Ali, Head of SME and Direct Business at Delhivery, said, “”The launch of Delhivery One is a significant step towards empowering SMEs to excel within the ever-evolving eCommerce landscape. Through multiple value-added services, our goal is to strengthen Delhivery’s position as the preferred shipping partner for micro and small enterprises.”

Delhivery One is the result of rigorous experimentation carried out by the Delhivery team over the past year to enable merchants to instantly sign up and start shipping across India and the globe. The team is working on adding further enhancements, including integrating with marketplaces, introducing the Delhivery One mobile app, and providing businesses with shipping credits that offset COD payments. An AI-powered RTO predictor that enables businesses to reduce costs and improve efficiency by anticipating and mitigating returns is also in the pipeline.

With Delhivery One’s focus on SMEs and Vinculum as a partner for larger enterprises, Delhivery addresses the software needs of its customers across every segment.
