October 16th, 2026: FinStackk has launched SalesTaxx, an end-to-end US sales tax platform for growing businesses selling across the United States and accounting firms managing tax compliance for their clients. The platform was launched during TechCrunch Disrupt 2026, where FinStackk is a Silver Partner.

Selling across multiple US states can make sales tax compliance complicated, as each state may have different thresholds, rules and timelines. Since the 2018 Wayfair ruling, businesses can be required to collect sales tax in states where they have no physical presence, depending on their sales activity. Missing the deadline to start collecting tax can mean businesses have to pay it out of their own margins.

SalesTaxx helps businesses stay ahead of these requirements by monitoring their sales tax obligations across all US states for free and identifying the exact date they need to start collecting tax. The platform also calculates the applicable tax rate at the state, county, city and district levels, helping businesses manage their obligations as they expand into new markets.

The platform prepares sales tax returns and files them only after the user approves them. Businesses can also use SalesTaxx to register in new states or close registrations when they no longer operate there.

SalesTaxx is designed to handle sales tax compliance independently, while giving businesses access to sales tax experts whenever they need support. This allows founders and finance teams to focus on running their businesses rather than becoming tax specialists. The platform also integrates with QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho, Odoo, Stripe, Shopify, Amazon and Excel/CSV.

The platform caters to ecommerce and direct-to-consumer brands, SaaS companies, international sellers selling in the US, and CPA and accounting firms. For accounting firms managing multiple clients, SalesTaxx offers a common dashboard and a standardised process to handle compliance across accounts. It also enables firms to offer sales tax compliance as a billable service and manage more clients without adding to their teams.

Commenting on the launch, Satya Yeruva, Co-founder and CEO, FinStackk, said, “Founders should not have to become sales tax experts to grow across the US. SalesTaxx gives them what an expert would: an early warning before a state comes calling, the exact day to start collecting, and every return filed with their sign-off. We built it so the first thing a business hears about sales tax is from us, not from a state.”

SalesTaxx is available from October 14, 2026, at salestaxx.ai. Businesses selling in the US, including those based outside the country, and accounting firms can sign up here to get started. Demos are also available for teams and firms that would like a walkthrough.
