Park+ selects Google Cloud to Improve Latency and Customer Experience

Google Cloud and Park+, a super app for car owners today joined hands to enable Park+ with unique integration of open-source software needs and other Google Cloud offerings including Cloud SQL, Google Kubernetes Engine, Anthos and Global Load Balancer.

With the public cloud softwares constantly evolving, Park+ is leveraging the power of open source services on Google Cloud to build custom integrations/dashboards or orchestration pipeline without any hassle of maintenance. Park+ is developing solutions with next generation Machine Learning and AI capabilities for a unique digital and conversational commerce experience for its customers.

Bikram Singh Bedi, Managing Director at Google Cloud India said “In today’s world, organizations require solutions which enable them to scale their business holistically and  gain maximum value. We will support Park+ in their digital acceleration journey with newer technologies and innovations.”

Commenting on the partnership, Hitesh Gupta, Co-Founder & CTO at Park+ said, “We have been using Google solutions since the inception of the company be it Google Analytics, Firebase, Google AdMob or now Google Cloud. We were blown away by the pace of innovation that we saw with Google Cloud . We are hardcore open source enthusiasts and to see out of the box integration of the open source software that we use, made Google Cloud an immediate choice. The latency of our applications decreased by more than 12% from 100ms to 88ms. We will be saving more than 900 hrs in a year, which we previously invested in maintaining and managing open source infrastructure.”

Park+ identified daily hassles for car owners and took something that had historically been painful and intimidating – finding a parking spot, tracking challans, FASTag recharges, car cleaning, car maintenance and made it effortless. Park+ today has the largest community of car owners in India on their platform.
