In her new role, Manasa is responsible for leading SKF’s IT and digitalization strategy across the India, Southeast Asia and Middle East (ISEAM) region, driving enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, strengthening digital capabilities, and enabling business growth through data, cloud, and technology-led innovation.

Manasa is a seasoned technology and transformation leader, bringing extensive global experience across aviation, airports, public safety, food tech, and manufacturing. She has successfully led large-scale portfolios spanning data strategy, cloud delivery, digital HR, and sustainability, with a strong focus on delivering measurable business impact.
With a commercially driven approach and strong financial acumen, she has managed large global programs, driven cost optimization, and partnered closely with leadership teams to shape and execute digital strategies.
Manasa began her career in the aviation sector, developing cargo tracking and booking systems for leading global airlines including Delta, Air Canada, American Airlines, and SAS. She later expanded into business analytics and airport operations, leading data-driven initiatives to improve performance and customer experience.
She has also led complex public sector programs, delivering large-scale safety and infrastructure solutions with strong end-to-end ownership and stakeholder alignment.
Her career journey reflects a deep expertise in building scalable digital solutions—from enhancing airline cargo systems and airport analytics platforms to leading enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives at SKF across cloud, data, digital HR transformation and sustainability domains.
