Praloop brings AI-led briefing, planning, creative and financial management into a single platform for event teams.
New Delhi: Asia’s first immersive event sourcing marketplace, Spalba, has expanded its event-tech offering with Praloop, an AI-powered event planning and design platform built to help planners, agencies and corporate teams manage the planning lifecycle from brief creation to execution.
The platform has been developed in response to the fragmented workflows typically involved in event planning, where teams manage briefs, tasks, approvals, creative requirements and project finances across spreadsheets, email, messaging platforms and multiple specialised applications. Praloop brings these functions into a single workflow, with AI used across briefing, planning and creative processes.
The launch follows six months of research involving more than 150 event planners across India, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Europe. The research found that planners were looking for fewer, better-connected tools rather than adding more standalone applications to their existing workflows.
At the centre of Praloop is its AI Brief Generator, which converts an event concept into a structured brief in under five minutes, compared with the three to four hours Spalba estimates planners can spend on the process manually. The platform can then translate the brief into an execution plan, generating tasks, deadlines and team assignments.
Praloop also includes an AI Creative Studio, designed to help event teams develop and iterate creative requirements within the planning workflow rather than moving between separate tools. Its financial management layer provides project-level P&L tracking, invoice and approval management, and multi-currency capabilities, giving teams visibility into project finances alongside planning and execution.
The platform has been tested with 350+ event planners across multiple markets, with the execution planning process reduced from two to three days of manual setup to under 10 minutes, based on Spalba’s internal testing. More than 1000 users are currently active on the platform.
Praloop operates on a subscription model, with plans starting at ₹999 per month. Spalba is targeting 2,000 customers by FY27, with India as its primary market, followed by expansion across Southeast Asia.
“In 2026, events have become more technically advanced than ever, but event planning is still stuck in 2006. Event planning still happens on generic tools in a scattered way. A brief begins in one place; tasks are managed somewhere else, creative moves into another tool, and financial tracking happens separately. We built Praloop to connect these stages through a common workflow, with AI reducing the manual work involved in turning an idea into an executable event plan,” said Vishal Puri, Co-Founder, Spalba.
Spalba plans to expand Praloop’s AI capabilities across event planning, creative development and project management, while building adoption among corporate event teams, agencies, independent planners and experiential event companies.
