With smartphone vendors engaged in a fierce competition to gain a significant chunk of the lucrative Indian smartphone segment, new launches are almost a daily affair.
Following the trend, Chinese smartphone maker Vivo will roll out two new smartphones Vivo Y3 and Vivo Y5 during IPL 2019. The two smartphones are expected to fall under the price range of INR 10,000 to INR 20,000.
The handsets will compete against Samsung’s Galaxy M and Galaxy A series smartphones.
It is also expected that at least one of the upcoming smartphones will house a triple-rear camera setup. As per industry sources, the two smartphones will come with aggressive pricing with Vivo Y3 falling between INR 10,000-15,000 range, while Vivo Y5 will attract pricing of INR 15000-INR 20,000
