YASH Technologies, a leading technology services and outsourcing partner for global companies, was recognized as one of the top 50 best companies in the IT-Business Process Management (BPM) segment in India by a survey conducted by the Great Place To Work® Institute. NASSCOM supported this initiative through enabling member connect. The list of the Top 50 Best IT-BPM workplaces was announced at the NASSCOM Annual HR summit on July 23rd.

The Great Place To Work® Institute is a global research, consulting and training firm, helping organisations identify, create and sustain great workplaces through the development of high-trust workplace cultures. They use a two lens methodology to evaluate a great place to work:

A comprehensive survey (Trust Index) that is rolled out to the employees of the company to gauge employee’s perspective.

A cultural audit to evaluate management’s perspective related to human capital.

The 2015 edition of India’s Best Companies to Work study, one of the largest surveys in the country on workplace culture, attracted participation from over 150 organizations (IT-BPM). The list of top 50 Best IT-BPM companies emerged as a result of extensive research and evaluation by Great Place To Work® Institute.

Speaking on this achievement, Dharmendra Jain, Chief Financial Officer and Head-Human Resource, YASH Technologies, said, “We believe in nurturing and empowering our employees by providing a healthy work environment, continuous training, innovative culture, participation in extracurricular activities, thereby fostering a high-performance environment and commitment to customer satisfaction.” “This acknowledgement is a testimony to some of the best employee practices that we have been putting together over the years contributing to our consistent growth,” he added.
