Delta Electronics India Partners with TNSDC to Establish Technical COE to Empower Youth with Future-Ready Skills

Bengaluru, Karnataka, July 4th, 2025 – In a landmark move to strengthen India’s technical talent pipeline, Delta Electronics India, in collaboration with the Tamil Nadu Skill Development Corporation (TNSDC), formally signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a Technical Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu. The MoU exchange took place at the launch event of the Naan Mudhalvan Finishing School (NMFS) initiative, held at the Jawaharlal Nehru Indoor Stadium in Chennai, in the esteemed presence of the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Thiru M.K. Stalin, along with senior government officials and industry leaders.

This industry-academia collaboration is a key milestone in Delta’s long-term ESG and skill development vision, aimed at building an ecosystem of employable, skilled youth in Tier 2 and Tier 3 regions of India. The new CoE, located in Krishnagiri district, will offer advanced training in Electronics System Design & Manufacturing (ESDM), PLC programming, industrial automation, and robotics. Through this Centre of Excellence, we are not only strengthening our commitment to nation-building but also creating pathways for underserved youth to access opportunities in high-growth sectors. Our goal is to equip learners with job-relevant skills, certified training, and exposure to real-world factory environments.”
