New Delhi, March 25, 2025: Sciative Solutions, the company that pioneered AI-driven dynamic pricing is excited to announce that it has launched an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) for its leadership team to support growth and foster more efficiency in the inner workings. In support of this initiative, 12 of Sciative’s high-performing employees were nominated for their outstanding performance and strong performance potential. From this group, 7 individuals were selected to join the Core team, tasked with driving key areas of the company’s agenda, including People & Culture, Product, Tech Excellence, Customer Success, and Growth & Marketing. With a clear vision and detailed plans for the next four years, the Core team is poised to lead change and make a lasting impact on Sciative’s future growth and success.
The selected team members will be allocated equity shares valued between Rs. 30-60 lakh, with an expected 5x growth over the next four years, potentially reaching crores. To further drive long-term motivation, a guaranteed minimum annual increment of 30% will be provided, along with a lump sum cash bonus of INR 20 lakh in addition to their CTC.
Additionally, through this ESOP program, we are investing in their future leadership to shape Sciative’s growth through structural areas such as technical expertise, organization development, and international business expansion.

These 7 are in the Core Team and will have a direct hand in forming the company’s values, work environment, and ethos.
