Servify, a Mumbai-based technology and aftersales service management company has announced the launch of its North America operations, with its regional headquarters based out of Seattle, USA. As part of its global expansion strategy, Servify will also become operational in Europe, Middle East and Asia by Q3, 2018. Servify is one of the few start-ups that has endeavoured to become an Indian multi-national company; all its global entities are and shall be wholly owned subsidiaries of Servify India.
Keeping with its promise of providing differentiated customer experience driven by technology, transparency, quick turn-around time and value for money, Servify has partnered with over 400 ‘Walk-In’ service locations across the U.S. & Canada and is working on increasing the spread further. Customers can visit any of these locations and get their smartphones serviced within 2 hours of visiting. This is a big differentiator compared to the current conventional service models used by most OEMs where the customers have to wait for days once they ship their smartphone to a central hub recommended by the brands.
