Singapore headquartered U2opia Mobile, has bagged the recognition of India’s 20 best start-ups to work for by the Great Place to Work Institute. The company claims to offer an open culture allowing dialogue, feedback and seamless communication between the employees and the management.
In 2018, U2opia Mobile received the certificate in ‘India’s Best Start-Ups to work for 2018’, category after scoring high in The Trust Index Employee Survey and the Culture Audit, said the company

Every year, more than 10,000 organizations from over 58 countries collaborate with Great Place to Work Institute for assessment, benchmarking and planning actions to strengthen their workplace culture. In India, more than 600 organizations applied to Great Place to Work Institute to undertake the assessment this year, making it the largest study in the space of workplace recognition.
