The initiative is a part of Co-Create Project that involved reaching and influencing over 5000 CIOs community of India. The CIOs who took the survey addressed various benefits, glitches, and misses that the new hybrid culture brings in real-time. The activities involved Roundtables, Surveys, Conferences, and various customer connection activities.
The whitepaper is an outcome of this Co Create initiative.
Survey, noted that most enterprises in different capacities are looking to inculcate a personalised version of the hybrid workplace. Since both employees and employers are walking on uncharted waters without a standard set of rules, he suggests the world to expect multiple versions of hybrid working to evolve parallelly in different industry settings.
