CREDAI- BANM- Builders Association of Navi Mumbai, an apex body of organized builders of Navi Mumbai announced its upcoming property exhibition in a press conference held at Hotel Tunga- Vashi, Navi Mumbai. The expo will be live from 9th December 2016 to 12th December 2016 and will aim at offering affordable and luxurious housing to the people. Focusing on the growing Real Estate industry and the overall increase in development of Navi Mumbai, Mr. Dharmendra Karia, President, BANM said that, “Affordable housing with a bright future of Navi Mumbai is what we offer. This will be encouraging time for the people who want to take long term decision. It has two structure – Navi Mumbai Promotion and other is the new buyers. By large the real estate in Navi Mumbai is steady and is growing year by year and is transparent.”
Mr. Devang V. Trivedi, Immediate Past President strongly represented the members of BANM and commented that “Real estate business in Navi Mumbai is growing steadily, the need for houses is increasing with the growing IT and other industries. Metro Project, Navi Mumbai International airport can be an attraction for people to buy houses in Navi Mumbai.” Discussing the hot current topic of demonetization and its effect on the Real Estate market of Navi Mumbai, he further added that, “Navi Mumbai has good economy as compare to Mumbai. Demonetization has increased the selling and demand of properties in Navi Mumbai. As the Navi Mumbai real estate market is transparent, there is no black money issue here. This year the exhibhition is at a larger scale with the increased in the number of sponsors. We have 80 builders and 125 stalls.”
The discussions also highlighted the existing OC problems of many apartments in Navi Mumbai, BANM members confirmed that right measures are taken by following up with respective bodies and made an appeal that we should collectively stand together to accelerate the process.
